Complimentary Ring Resizing
We know surprises are part of the magic — and that ring sizes aren’t always exact. That’s why we offer one free resize within 90 days of collection or delivery.
If resizing is needed later on, we’re always happy to help for a small fee. Some designs, such as rings with stones set all the way around, may require individual assessment, but most can be resized without issue.

Unlimited Professional Cleaning
Everyday wear can dull even the most beautiful pieces. While at-home cleaning works well between visits, sometimes your jewellery needs a little extra love.
You’re welcome to bring your piece in anytime for a professional ultrasonic and steam clean. Just give us a quick heads-up before you arrive and we’ll take care of the rest.

Jewellery is made to be worn, but daily life can bring the occasional knock or bit of wear. An annual service allows us to check settings, stones and overall condition whilst addressing any concerns or damage.
