1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by Bond Jewellery.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any of their affiliates. By entering this promotion, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

Entrants must enter using their own personal Instagram account.

Employees of Bond Jewellery, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway as many times as they wish during the promotional period, provided that each individual entry meets all of the entry requirements set out below.

To constitute one valid entry, participants must:

• Follow @bond_jewellery on Instagram.

• Complete the online entry form in full before the closing date.

Each completed entry form submission that meets all of the above requirements will constitute one separate valid entry.

Participants wishing to enter more than once must complete the full entry process for each separate entry, including submitting a separate entry form and completing the required Instagram actions for each entry.

The Instagram account used for each entry must remain public and the giveaway post must remain live on the entrant's Story for the full 24-hour Story period. Bond Jewellery may request reasonable evidence that the Story was shared and remained live for the required period.

Incomplete, illegible or invalid entries will not be accepted.

Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements may be deemed invalid.

Internet access and an Instagram account are required to enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Campaign Dates

The giveaway opens on 11 August 2026 at 8:00pm BST and closes at 8:00pm BST on 25 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date or outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a Bond Jewellery lab-grown diamond engagement ring of their choice, up to a maximum value of £5,000.

Every Bond engagement ring is handcrafted to order, allowing the winner to customise their chosen design.

The prize applies to engagement rings only and cannot be exchanged for other jewellery, cash or credit.

If the winner chooses a ring above the prize value, they may pay the difference before production commences.

If the winner chooses a ring with a value below £5,000, any difference between the value of the chosen ring and the £5,000 prize value will be forfeited. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product or service, or transferred to another person.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or any alternative prize.

The winner must redeem their prize within 3 months of being notified.

Should Bond Jewellery be unable to manufacture the winner's chosen design due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Bond Jewellery reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative of equal value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random computer-generated selection process within 7 days of the closing date.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Where a participant submits multiple valid entries, each valid entry will constitute a separate chance of being selected.

The winner will first be contacted by @bondjewellery by direct message (DM) via the Instagram account used to enter. The winner may also be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial notification.

We will never ask you to make a payment or provide bank details to claim the prize.

If the winner is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, is ineligible or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

Bond Jewellery reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address before awarding the prize.

7. Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry into the giveaway.

Participants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Bond Jewellery by selecting the marketing consent checkbox on the entry form.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Photography & Data Protection

The winner may be invited to feature in Bond Jewellery photography, video and social media content. Participation is entirely optional and subject to the winner's consent.

Personal information provided as part of the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact entrants and the winner as required for the purposes of the promotion. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Bond Jewellery's Privacy Policy.

9. Verification & General Conditions

Bond Jewellery reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who:

• does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;

• provides false, misleading or inaccurate information;

• submits an entry that does not meet all of the required entry criteria; or

• attempts to manipulate or interfere with the promotion.

Bond Jewellery accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical faults, internet failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Bond Jewellery reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Bond Jewellery's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Bond Jewellery accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear occurring after collection or delivery. The winner acknowledges that fine jewellery requires appropriate care and maintenance.

£250 DREAM RING ENTRANT OFFER – ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to the £250 engagement ring discount offered by BOND Jewellery to eligible entrants of the Dream Ring Giveaway. This offer is a separate promotional benefit and does not form part of the Dream Ring Giveaway prize.

1. Eligibility
   The £250 discount is available only to eligible entrants of the Dream Ring Giveaway who receive the promotional offer directly from BOND Jewellery. BOND Jewellery reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility against the details provided when entering the Giveaway.
2. Promotional Code
   The promotional code for this offer is DREAMRING250.
3. Offer Period
   The offer begins on Thursday 27 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on Saturday 10 October 2026. The qualifying engagement ring order must be placed within this period.
4. £250 Discount
   The offer entitles an eligible entrant to £250 off one qualifying engagement ring order placed with BOND Jewellery during the Offer Period.
5. New Orders Only
   The discount applies to new engagement ring orders only. It cannot be applied retrospectively to any order, purchase, quotation that has been accepted, deposit that has been paid, or contract that has already been entered into with BOND Jewellery before the promotional code is used.

6. Existing Orders
   The discount cannot be applied to, credited against or used to amend the price of an engagement ring order that has already been placed with BOND Jewellery.

   Cancelling, amending or otherwise restructuring an existing order for the purpose of placing substantially the same order again using the promotional code will not make that order eligible for the discount. This does not affect a customer's statutory rights.

7. Online Orders
   For online purchases, the code DREAMRING250 must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted.

   The discount cannot be retrospectively applied after an online order has been completed.

8. In-Store Orders and Appointments
   To redeem the offer in-store, the customer must book an appointment with BOND Jewellery and inform BOND Jewellery at the time of booking that they intend to use the DREAMRING250 promotional offer.

   The promotional code must also be presented or quoted before the engagement ring order is agreed and before any deposit or payment is taken.

   BOND Jewellery is not obliged to apply the discount retrospectively where the promotional code was not disclosed before the order was agreed.

9. In-Store Pricing
   The £250 promotional discount is calculated against the current live selling price displayed on www.bondjewellery.co.uk for the equivalent engagement ring and specification at the time the order is placed.

   Where applicable, the equivalent specification includes the relevant ring design, metal, diamond or gemstone selection, carat weight and other product options.

10. In-Store Discounts and Negotiated Prices
    The DREAMRING250 offer cannot be added on top of another discretionary, negotiated or promotional discount offered in-store.

    Where a customer has been offered a separate discounted or negotiated in-store price, the customer may receive either:

    • the separately agreed discounted in-store price; or
    • the applicable live website price less the £250 DREAMRING250 discount.

    The two discounts cannot be combined.

11. No Discount Stacking
    Unless BOND Jewellery expressly states otherwise in writing, DREAMRING250 cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, voucher, promotional offer, referral discount, staff discount, discretionary discount, negotiated price or other price reduction.

    Only one promotional discount may be applied to an order.

12. Website Prices
    Website prices may change during the Offer Period. The relevant price for the purposes of this promotion is the live website selling price applicable at the time the qualifying order is placed, not the website price displayed when the promotional offer was first issued.

13. Qualifying Purchases
    The offer applies only to the purchase of a qualifying BOND Jewellery engagement ring.

    Unless BOND Jewellery expressly agrees otherwise, the offer does not apply to products or services purchased separately from a qualifying engagement ring order, including wedding rings, eternity rings, other jewellery, loose diamonds or gemstones purchased independently, gift cards, repairs, resizing, servicing, insurance, delivery charges or other non-engagement-ring products or services.

14. One Use Only
    The offer may be redeemed once per eligible entrant and against one qualifying engagement ring order only.

    Multiple promotional codes cannot be combined on the same order and the £250 discount cannot be divided between separate purchases.

15. Personal and Non-Transferable
    The offer is intended for the eligible Giveaway entrant to whom it is issued and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged or reproduced for commercial use.

    BOND Jewellery may ask the customer to provide reasonable information to verify that they were an eligible entrant before accepting the promotional code.

16. No Cash Alternative
    The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, gift vouchers or any other alternative.

    No unused portion of the £250 discount will be carried forward or refunded.

17. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
    Where a qualifying order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, any refund will be calculated by reference to the amount actually paid by the customer after application of the £250 discount, subject always to the customer's statutory rights.

    The £250 promotional value itself is not refundable as cash or credit.

    Where an order on which the code has been redeemed is cancelled, the promotional code will normally be treated as having been used and will not automatically be reissued or reinstated. BOND Jewellery may choose to reinstate the offer at its discretion where appropriate.

18. Exchanges or Changes to an Order
    Where a customer subsequently changes the design, diamond, specification or value of a qualifying order, BOND Jewellery reserves the right to recalculate the order price and the eligibility or application of the promotional discount to reflect the revised order.

19. Order Completion
    For the purposes of the Offer Period, an in-store order will be considered placed when the customer has confirmed the order and paid any deposit required by BOND Jewellery.

    Merely requesting a quotation, making an enquiry or attending or booking an appointment does not constitute placing an order.

20. Misuse of the Offer
    BOND Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel the promotional discount where it reasonably believes that the code has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently, dishonestly, contrary to these terms, or by someone who was not an eligible entrant.
21. Pricing or Technical Errors
    The promotional code does not create an entitlement to purchase a product at a price resulting from an obvious pricing, website, system or typographical error. Any such matter will be dealt with in accordance with BOND Jewellery's applicable website and sales terms.
22. Availability
    All engagement rings, diamonds, gemstones, settings and other products remain subject to availability. The promotional offer does not guarantee the availability of any particular design, diamond, gemstone, specification or delivery date.
23. Statutory Rights
    Nothing in these promotional terms excludes, limits or affects any rights or remedies that a customer has under applicable consumer law.
24. Relationship to the Dream Ring Giveaway
    The £250 discount is an additional promotional benefit offered to eligible entrants and is not a prize and does not mean that the recipient has won the Dream Ring Giveaway.
25. General Terms
    These promotional terms should be read together with BOND Jewellery's standard website terms and conditions, sales terms and the Dream Ring Giveaway Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict relating specifically to the application of the DREAMRING250 promotional offer, these promotional terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.
