Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by Bond Jewellery.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any of their affiliates. By entering this promotion, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

Entrants must enter using their own personal Instagram account.

Employees of Bond Jewellery, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway as many times as they wish during the promotional period, provided that each individual entry meets all of the entry requirements set out below.

To constitute one valid entry, participants must:

• Follow @bond_jewellery on Instagram.

• Complete the online entry form in full before the closing date.

Each completed entry form submission that meets all of the above requirements will constitute one separate valid entry.

Participants wishing to enter more than once must complete the full entry process for each separate entry, including submitting a separate entry form and completing the required Instagram actions for each entry.

The Instagram account used for each entry must remain public and the giveaway post must remain live on the entrant's Story for the full 24-hour Story period. Bond Jewellery may request reasonable evidence that the Story was shared and remained live for the required period.

Incomplete, illegible or invalid entries will not be accepted.

Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements may be deemed invalid.

Internet access and an Instagram account are required to enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Campaign Dates

The giveaway opens on 11 August 2026 at 8:00pm BST and closes at 8:00pm BST on 25 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date or outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a Bond Jewellery lab-grown diamond engagement ring of their choice, up to a maximum value of £5,000.

Every Bond engagement ring is handcrafted to order, allowing the winner to customise their chosen design.

The prize applies to engagement rings only and cannot be exchanged for other jewellery, cash or credit.

If the winner chooses a ring above the prize value, they may pay the difference before production commences.

If the winner chooses a ring with a value below £5,000, any difference between the value of the chosen ring and the £5,000 prize value will be forfeited. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product or service, or transferred to another person.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or any alternative prize.

The winner must redeem their prize within 3 months of being notified.

Should Bond Jewellery be unable to manufacture the winner's chosen design due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Bond Jewellery reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative of equal value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random computer-generated selection process within 7 days of the closing date.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Where a participant submits multiple valid entries, each valid entry will constitute a separate chance of being selected.

The winner will first be contacted by @bondjewellery by direct message (DM) via the Instagram account used to enter. The winner may also be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial notification.

We will never ask you to make a payment or provide bank details to claim the prize.

If the winner is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, is ineligible or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

Bond Jewellery reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address before awarding the prize.

7. Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry into the giveaway.

Participants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Bond Jewellery by selecting the marketing consent checkbox on the entry form.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Photography & Data Protection

The winner may be invited to feature in Bond Jewellery photography, video and social media content. Participation is entirely optional and subject to the winner's consent.

Personal information provided as part of the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact entrants and the winner as required for the purposes of the promotion. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Bond Jewellery's Privacy Policy.

9. Verification & General Conditions

Bond Jewellery reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who:

• does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;

• provides false, misleading or inaccurate information;

• submits an entry that does not meet all of the required entry criteria; or

• attempts to manipulate or interfere with the promotion.

Bond Jewellery accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical faults, internet failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Bond Jewellery reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Bond Jewellery's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Bond Jewellery accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear occurring after collection or delivery. The winner acknowledges that fine jewellery requires appropriate care and maintenance.
